Moonwish is designed for children and families. Content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers a child is never permitted.

Authorized uploads
Only a parent, guardian, the person pictured, or an authorized adult may upload a photo.
Moderated before generation
User-controlled generation text may be rejected automatically before any model is called.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Moonwish to create, upload, request, store, or share:
- Adult sexual content.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Pornographic content or NSFW content.
- Nudity intended for sexual purposes.
- Graphic sexual content.
- Sexualized depictions of minors or sexual content involving minors.
- Exploitative or abusive child content.
- Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Content that promotes abuse, coercion, trafficking, grooming, or exploitation.
- Attempts to bypass, probe, disable, or evade moderation and safety controls.

Zero tolerance
Any sexualized or exploitative depiction of minors is strictly prohibited, whether real, fictional, illustrated, edited, or AI-generated.
Do not use a child’s identity, likeness, story, or family information to humiliate, deceive, impersonate, sexualize, exploit, or abuse that child.
Child and family photo rules
- The uploader must be the person pictured, a parent or legal guardian, or another adult with clear authorization.
- Do not upload sexualized child imagery, exploitative material, abusive content, or private intimate imagery.
- Do not misuse another person’s identity or submit photos obtained through deception or without permission.
- Remove school, address, identity-document, medical, and other unnecessary sensitive details before uploading.
Creem’s documented Moderation API screens text prompts, not uploaded images. Moonwish separately applies file validation and vision-based photo safety checks; image safety remains a distinct control and must continue to be tested.
Automated moderation
User-controlled text is screened server-side before generation. A request may be rejected automatically. If the moderation service is unavailable, Moonwish blocks generation temporarily rather than allowing the request through. We do not promise that automated systems will find every violation.
Enforcement
Moonwish may reject content, stop generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or block accounts, preserve limited safety records, and report conduct when required by law. Serious or repeated attempts to bypass moderation may result in permanent loss of access.
