Clear terms for a digital family keepsake.

1. Service description

Moonwish is an online service for creating personalized digital storybooks. A user may personalize an authored template (Choose a Story) or provide an idea for an original book (Create Your Own). Outputs may include story text, illustrations, narration, downloads, and optional sharing features. Unless a separate product explicitly says otherwise, Moonwish sells digital delivery only and no physical goods are included.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. A child should use Moonwish only with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account, credentials, submissions, and anyone using your account. Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that defeats account limits, or create accounts to evade moderation or free-book limits.

3. One free book and paid book credits

• Each account receives one lifetime free book.
• The free book may be used once for either a Template book or a Custom book.
• Purchased book credits do not expire.
• One credit creates one eligible digital storybook in the product category shown at purchase.
• Credits are account-bound, have no cash value, and may not be resold or transferred unless Moonwish expressly allows it.

Current prices are published on the public Pricing page. Moonwish may change future prices or packs, but a price change does not remove already purchased, unused credits.

4. Payment

When paid checkout is available, the checkout page will show the total price and currency before confirmation. Payments are processed by the identified payment provider under its own terms. Paid credits are added only after successful payment confirmation. Taxes or other required charges may be added where applicable and shown before payment.

5. Digital delivery

Delivery occurs online to the account and generation session used for the order. Generation may take time and may complete page by page. You are responsible for reviewing the result and saving any offered download before deleting account or local data. Public share links are optional and are not private merely because they are not indexed by search engines.

6. Refunds, failed generation, and recovery

If a paid generation fails before provider work begins, Moonwish should release or restore the reserved credit. If generation is interrupted after work begins, Moonwish may offer recovery, retry, completion of missing pages, or a replacement credit depending on the recorded state. A failed request must not silently consume a credit without a recovery path.

For billing errors, duplicate charges, unusable delivery, or a legally required refund, contact support with the account email and transaction reference. Except where law requires otherwise, successfully used credits and delivered personalized digital books are not refundable merely because of a change of mind. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Moonwish prohibits adult sexual, sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, and graphic sexual content; nudity intended for sexual purposes; sexual content involving minors; sexualized depictions of minors; exploitative or abusive child content; illegal content; and attempts to bypass moderation.

8. Child and family photo consent

You may upload a photo only if you are the person pictured, the child’s parent or legal guardian, or an adult with clear authorization from the person or guardian. You must not upload sexualized child imagery, exploitative or abusive material, private intimate imagery, or content that misuses another person’s identity. Content may be rejected automatically and violating accounts may be blocked.

9. Intellectual property

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant Moonwish the limited permission needed to host, process, moderate, generate, deliver, store, and—only when you choose—share that content. You must have the rights and permissions required for every submission.

Moonwish’s service, brand, authored templates, interface, and underlying software remain protected by their applicable rights and licenses. Your rights in AI-generated output can vary by jurisdiction and provider; no exclusive copyright or non-infringement guarantee is made.

10. AI-generated content limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or unexpectedly similar to other material. Review every page before sharing it with a child or publishing it. Moonwish does not provide medical, legal, educational, psychological, or safety advice, and the service must not be used to diagnose or score a child.

11. Availability, changes, and suspension

Features may change, pause, or be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, safety controls, or legal requirements. Moonwish may restrict or suspend an account for suspected fraud, unsafe content, unauthorized photos, attempts to bypass moderation, material breach of these Terms, or risk to users or the service. Where reasonable, users may contact support to appeal an error.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. Moonwish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss caused by unauthorized sharing, user submissions, or third-party services. Any limitation applies only to the extent the law allows and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Operator and governing terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date.
