祖师忽然在桌边轻轻敲了三下，又把手背到身后，微微一笑。

The Master gently tapped the table three times, folded his hands behind him, and smiled.

悟空想：是三天以后？第三间屋？还是夜里三更？他没有马上跑出去。

Did it mean three days, the third room, or the third watch of night? Wukong did not rush away.

下课后，他先把扫帚和水桶归位，再去问守夜师兄什么时候最安静。

After class, he put away the broom and bucket, then asked when the temple was quietest.

到了三更，悟空轻轻敲门：“师父，是您让我来的吗？”

At the third watch, Wukong knocked softly. “Master, did you mean for me to come?”

祖师点点头：“你看懂了提示，还知道先确认，这比猜中更重要。”

The Master nodded. “You understood the clue and still confirmed it. That matters more than a lucky guess.”

祖师展开一幅无字云图，教他先看风向，再学腾云的第一步。

The Master opened a wordless cloud chart and taught him to read the wind before learning cloud travel.

天亮前，悟空把图卷好放回原处。他明白：聪明，也要配上礼貌和耐心。

Before dawn, Wukong returned the chart neatly. He learned that cleverness works best with courtesy and patience.

留心观察能帮助我们理解别人，但重要的事情仍要礼貌确认，不能只靠猜。
